In the next few weeks, we will change our name on all communications, the logo on our office and on the website. Our e-mail address has changed to studentliving.wageningen@heydayfm.nl
Our bank account number has not changed, only the name of the account holder.

You can collect your key on (or after) the first day of your contract, in the Idealis buidling at Bornsesteeg 1, 6708 GA Wageningen.
During this period, their opening hours are:

Please bring identification when collecting your key!

When you arrive outside their opening hours, you can ask a friend to collect your key. Your friend needs to show proof (for example an e-mail sent by you) that he/she is allowed to collect your key.

During this period, there is a shuttle service that brings you to your building!

During the summer period the TROTS office at Haarweg 333-A004 is opened 5 days a week.

The TROTS office is moving!! Starting 1 Januari 2017 our office is located at Haarweg 333-A004.
Our new office will also have new opening hours, starting Monday 2 January 2017 our office is opened on Monday and Thursday from 9.00 to 14.00 o’clock.

New tenants can collect the key at the office on the first day of your contract. When you arrive outside our opening hours, you can ask a friend to collect your key at our office. If it is not possible for a friend to collect your key, contact us at least two days before you arrive by sending an e-mail to studentliving.wageningen@trots.nl We will make an appointment to collect your key from the caretaker on workdays between 08.00 and 16.30 o’clock.

If you arrive outside opening hours and you don’t contact us, you can not collect your key!
